Michael is an experienced team leader with 20 years knowledge in Real Estate. Starting his career as a Real Estate Negotiator and his ability to adapt to new changes with his brilliant ideas, he quickly rose to the post as a Marketing Manager and finally given the trust to become the Marketing Director in Avenue Home Realty. Beside that, he is also an experienced leader who have key evaluation skills to his integral role and ensure his team to deliver satisfaction to clients in a professional manner.

Daniel Chung is an experience 20 years knowledge in Real Estate and 13 years experience in Civil and Building Construction. Setting up his own Property Sales And Marketing Company in 2012 and in merely 3 years managed to achieved a GDP of RM500 million with commission hitting more than RM10 million.

He is reputable for being straight forward effective communicator and highly motivated Property Director. His conscientious professionalism combined with an ability to connect and communicate with people. He is also an outstanding leader, leading his team to managing projects proactively, efficiently and effectively.
